The pandan coconut crepe cake, or “mille crepe,” features layers of pandan-infused crepes with a creamy filling made of coconut and pandan. A family favorite, it’s often requested for birthdays. Although easy to prepare, it requires time for resting and assembling. Variations in decoration and frosting enhance its appeal for special occasions.
